Develop and implement production schedules and process improvement initiatives. Maintain strict compliance withhealth, safety, and environmental regulations . Manage and optimizeplant budgets, manpower, and material resources . Lead and mentor ateam of supervisors and technical staffto achieve operational goals. Uphold high standards inquality control, production output, and maintenance . Collaborate with global and regional offices to ensure seamless coordination. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet business objectiveQualifications Bachelor’s Degree inEngineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline . Proven experience in asenior management rolewithin a manufacturing environment. Strong expertise inproduction management, operations, and quality systems . Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent people management and communication skills. Skilled inbudgeting, strategic planning, and resource optimization .
