The role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing performance metrics, and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve business efficiency and customer satisfaction.This position requires a proactive leader with strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational management.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management- Oversee end-to-end business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. - Design, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for improved workflows and productivity. - Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other internal departments to align operations with organizational objectives. - Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and budget allocations effectively. - Drive data-driven decision-making through KPI tracking, dashboards, and operational reports. - Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost optimization.Delivery Management- Lead planning and execution of projects to ensure timely, quality, and budget-aligned delivery. - Define project goals, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. - Ensure consistent communication and coordination across teams to achieve delivery excellence. - Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation. - Implement best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar frameworks). - Maintain client and stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication and timely delivery updates.Business Operations & Strategy- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and measurable outcomes. - Analyze performance data to recommend strategic improvements and business efficiencies. - Partner with senior leadership to plan, forecast, and execute operational strategies. - Support business expansion and scalability initiatives.Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Conduct periodic performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting. - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or project management tools - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Qualifications- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - 12-15 years of experience in business operations, project delivery, or related domains. - Proven success in managing cross-functional operations and large-scale projects. - Experience in process optimization, performance management, and delivery oversight. - Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is an advantage.Additional InformationEC-Council is an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
