Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Data & AI Practice Leader, located in Hyderabad. The Data & AI Practice Leader will be responsible for leading and overseeing data and AI initiatives, developing and implementing data strategies, and managing a team of data scientists and AI specialists. The role involves analyzing large datasets, designing AI models, and leveraging technical expertise to drive business insights. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of AI solutions into business processes and contribute to the overall digital transformation efforts of the :- Experience in leading data and AI initiatives and managing a team of specialists- Proficiency in data strategy development and implementation- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing large datasets- Technical expertise in designing and implementing AI models- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and experience with AI frameworks and tools- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fieldRoles and Leadership : - Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data & AI practice to align with overall business objectives and digital transformation goals.Practice Development : - Build, scale, and mature the Data & AI practice by developing service offerings, frameworks, and reusable assets to strengthen organizational capabilities.Team Management : - Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, data engineers, and AI specialists to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.Solution Design & Delivery : - Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI and data-driven solutionsensuring scalability, performance, and business relevance.Data Strategy Implementation : - Develop and implement enterprise-wide data strategies, governance models, and best practices to ensure data quality, compliance, and Collaboration : - Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to identify opportunities where AI and data can drive measurable business impact.Innovation & Emerging Tech : - Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and toolsintegrating new capabilities to enhance business value and competitive advantage.Client & Project Engagement : - Support pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery for client engagementstranslating business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.Performance & Impact Measurement : - Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize AI and data initiatives for improved efficiency and ROI.Compliance & Ethics : - Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across all projects and initiatives.
