We designdrone light shows —massive, glowing, moving artworks in the sky—and we need a creative mind who can turn ideas into motion. This role mixes3D animation ,video editing ,visual storytelling , and a touch of technical magic. If you enjoy crafting visuals that make people stop and stare, you’ll fit right in.What You’ll Be Doing – Create fun, clean, and expressive 3D animations in Blender – Edit videos, showreels, BTS footage, and promo content – Buildtechnical animationsthat translate into real drone formations – Assist in creating pre-visualizations, motion tests, and visuals for shows – Collaborate with artists + engineers to bring sky-scale ideas to lifeWhat You Need – SolidBlender fundamentals(animation, modeling, rigging, layout basics) – Good grasp ofVFX fundamentals(timing, motion, composition) – Comfort with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Resolve, etc.) – Eye for color, rhythm, and clean transitions – Bonus: Any experience in motion graphics or procedural toolsWhat Makes This Role Exciting – You’ll work on realdrone light shows —your animations literally take flight – Every day is hands-on, creative, energetic, and fast-paced – You’ll be part of a team where ideas turn into sky-scale visuals – Your work gets seen by thousands of people in live events – Creative freedom with a team that loves experimenting
