About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned MuleSoft Lead with a solid background in integration architecture and API-led connectivity. You will play a pivotal role in leading MuleSoft projects from design through deployment, guiding a team of developers while staying hands-on with complex integration tasks. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about enabling seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).

- Architect scalable, secure, and reusable APIs and integrations aligned with business objectives.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance.

- Translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions using API-led connectivity.

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of MuleSoft APIs-from design, development, testing, deployment, to monitoring.

- Ensure integrations meet enterprise-grade security (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, etc.) and compliance standards.

- Collaborate with DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments to CloudHub or on-prem environments.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical solutions with a problem-solving mindset.

- Maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications, flow diagrams, and design decisions.

Must-Have Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience (Mule 4 preferred).

- 2+ years in a technical leadership role, overseeing integration projects and developer teams.

- Proficient in DataWeave, API Designer, and API Manager.

- Solid knowledge of RESTful & SOAP web services, and experience designing APIs using RAML or OpenAPI specs.

- Experience with MuleSoft connectors (Salesforce, SAP, Database, File, etc.).

- Strong grasp of integration patterns, error handling, and system orchestration.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile :

- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

- Exposure to containerization and cloud-native deployment models (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

- MuleSoft certification(s) - Developer or Architect level.
