We are seeking a skilled AEM Java Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

As an AEM Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AEM-based solutions to meet our clients' needs.

This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices, as well as proficiency in Java programming.

Key Responsibilities :

AEM Development :

- Design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions, including templates, components, workflows, and services.

- Customize and extend AEM functionality using Java, JSP, and other technologies as needed.

System Integration :

- Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality across platforms.

Content Management :

- Implement content management solutions using AEM authoring tools and workflows.

- Configure and customize AEM authoring environments to meet content management requirements.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize AEM performance by identifying bottlenecks, fine-tuning configurations, and implementing caching strategies.

Quality Assurance :

- Conduct unit testing and code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure the reliability of AEM solutions.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Create technical documentation, including design documents, deployment guides, and release notes.

- Provide regular progress updates and status reports to project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development.

- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.

- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices.

- Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, and other Java-related technologies.

- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

- Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in Adobe Experience Manager.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
