- Build and maintain centralized logging, metrics, and tracing infrastructure.
- Create dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLI frameworks that enable proactive issue detection.
- Expert knowledge of AWS observability services (CloudWatch, X-Ray, CloudTrail).
- Experience with open-source observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK).
- Strong understanding of distributed tracing, metrics aggregation, and log analysis at scale.
- Experience with APM tools and distributed system debugging.
Platform Engineering (CI/CD & IaC) Focus
Additional Responsibilities :
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions that scale across hundreds of repositories.
- Design reusable Terraform modules and establish IaC best practices and governance.
- Build developer productivity tools that streamline the path from code to production.

- Experience building cost optimization automation and reporting pipelines.
DevOps (Containers & Kubernetes) Focus :

- Design and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale using EKS, including multi-cluster strategies.
