DevOps Trainer

Job Summary:

InOrg is seeking a highly motivated DevOps Trainer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices and tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to simplify complex concepts, delivering training that equips participants with practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions on CI/CD, automation, containerization, cloud computing, and infrastructure as code.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations and hands-on labs.
• Create real-world scenarios for practical labs to enhance learning experiences.
• Assess participants’ progress through quizzes and hands-on projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Mentor learners to help them effectively apply DevOps practices in their roles.
• Stay current on the latest DevOps trends and incorporate them into training content.
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive training programs.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in DevOps, with expertise in tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in delivering technical training or workshops.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of version control (Git).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack).
