As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced State Manager to lead our residential solar infrastructure projects.


Position Overview:

The State Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential solar installations within the designated state. This includes managing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales conversions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solar infrastructure, with proven experience in handling government subsidies and extensive knowledge of taxation and billing processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all residential solar infrastructure projects within the state.
  • Oversee a team of installation and sales professionals, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of residential installations, including site assessments, project design, and customer onboarding.
  • Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) through Management Information Systems (MIS) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and assist clients in filing for available subsidies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the solar sector.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on products, services, and customer engagement strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing residential solar installations.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing 100+ residential projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of government subsidies and experience in filing for them.
  • Strong understanding of taxation and billing processes related to solar energy.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MIS tools for reporting and performance tracking.
