Job Title: DCS Engineer – EPKS (Experion)/TPS Systems

Experience: 3–6 years

Location: Bangalore

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with EPKS (Experion) and TPS systems
  • Proficient in Distributed Control System (DCS) concepts
  • Experience in EPKS/TPS configuration and integration
  • Proficient in alarm and events configuration in EPKS/TPS
  • Knowledge of Experion Batch configuration and testing
  • Hands-on with system testing, including FAT/SAT
  • Good understanding of product testing methodologies

Optional Skills:

  • Leadership and coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Self-driven with proactive learning attitude

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and integrate EPKS and TPS DCS systems for industrial automation projects
  • Perform alarm and event setups, validate operator responses, and conduct functional testing
  • Execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth system deployment
  • Engage in Experion Batch configuration and support lifecycle testing
  • Document procedures, configurations, and provide knowledge transfer to team members
  • Contribute to quality assurance through detailed product testing and validation
