We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to design and build high-performance mobile applications that power our cutting-edge AI-driven conversational platform. You will be key in architecting, developing, and optimizing cross-platform apps with deep integrations into both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) ecosystems, ensuring world-class performance and seamless integration with our AI services. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance React Native applications for iOS and Android. Build and optimize native modules and bridges using Swift, Kotlin, and Java. Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs for real-time data interactions with the AI backend. Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and smooth UX across all devices. Implement secure authentication, session management, and data handling practices. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Expo) for mobile releases and App/Play Store deployments. Monitor app performance and implement observability for crash-free user experiences. Must-Have Skills 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade React Native apps. Strong experience with Native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development, focusing on native modules, bridging, and platform-specific optimization. Proficiency with Expo (workflow, tools, and updates). Expertise in REST, GraphQL, and real-time/WebSocket API integration. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX fundamentals, performance tuning, and accessibility. Experience with CI/CD automation, mobile build systems (Xcode, Gradle), and version control (Git). Experience implementing security (OAuth2/JWT) and observability (Sentry/Firebase Crashlytics). Preferred Skills Proven experience with the New React Native Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules, JSI). Familiarity with AI/LLM-based applications or conversational interfaces. Qualifications: 4–7 years of professional experience in mobile app development with a strong track record of shipping production-grade React Native apps.
