Position Overview

We are seeking a highly talented Visualizer to join our creative team. The Visualizer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual concepts for various digital marketing campaigns, branding and logo projects. This role will collaborate closely with our creative team and account managers to ensure that the visual representation of all projects aligns with our clients' objectives and brand identity.

Andheri East, Mumbai. (On-site)


Key Responsibilities

 Conceptualize and design visual assets for digital campaigns, including but not limited to, social media graphics, website layouts, branding projects, logo designing and digital ads.

 Work with the creative team to develop overarching visual strategies for client projects.

 Translate complex ideas and messages into easily digestible visual narratives.

 Provide guidance and mentorship to junior visual designers and other team members.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 Present ideas and drafts to internal teams and clients.

 Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.


Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

 Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of visual design skills.

 Exceptional creativity and innovation.

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
