Think Design Collaborative is looking for a seasoned Senior Design Leader in its Studio Skills: Work with principal stakeholders & decision makers in client organizations to understand their Business/Organization Goals, User/Customer Behavior, and creating Design Roadmaps & Strategies for their Services & Products Ability to decode complex business goals, product & technical content, and Interaction Design in order to create engaging & effective experiences for our clients Thorough understanding of User Experience Design Ability to conduct Design Workshops with leadership teams from Clients is mandatory Should be able to collect & analyse Business Requirements, create Design briefs & proposals, convert sales inquries into projects & over delivery. Hold the capability to speak at industry forums, present Think Design for purpose of Sales, Marketing & PR People Management Skills need to be excellent. The role shall demands regular interaction & management of internal teams (Designers & Developers) & external stakeholders (Clients & Vendors) Understanding of Finance (Sales, Revenue, Cash, Expense, Profit) is mandatory Excellent time-management skills and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks Must communicate clearly and effectively; strong analytical and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skillsResponsibilities: Lead the teams & projects to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client Manage profitability of the projects & teams As the Senior Lead designer, he/she needs to guide team members well and facilitate their learning in the organization Stay up-to-date with latest achievements, best practices and trends in design Should be willing to travel for short/long durations in India and abroad for work Nuture & grow the Bangalore team.Expectations: Minimum 10+ years of core UX Design experience Thought Leader in Strategic UX Design Be an inspiring Design leader & mentor to Think Design teams Should be rooted to Bangalore for long term Confident & excellent Communication skills Intrapreneural in nature Enjoys Leadership & ManagementWhat Think Design is offering: The diversity & impact of our services and client engagements; and the unique way we’re structured as an organization along with a highly innovative work environment—will add immense value to your experience.
