Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role :We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in transforming data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of ETL processes to support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports usingLookerandPower BI . Perform advanced data analysis usingExcelandGoogle Sheets . Write and optimise complexSQL queriesfor data extraction and validation. Conduct exploratory data analysis usingPython(Pandas, NumPy, visualisation tools).ETL & Data Pipeline Support Work with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses. Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems. Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence Development Develop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility. Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development. Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.Key Qualifications:3+ years of experiencein BI, Data Analytics, or a similar field.Strong proficiency in: SQL(joins, CTEs, window functions) Pythonfor data analysis ExcelandGoogle Sheets(advanced functions) Looker(LookML is a plus) Power BI(data models, DAX, report building) Solid understanding ofETL conceptsand experience supporting or building ETL workflows. Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.). Version control experience (Git). Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.
