Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst - Customer Success to bridge the gap between data-driven insights and client satisfaction for our Portfolio Management Services. The role requires proficiency in data analytics, strong communication skills to handle client queries, and a collaborative approach to ensure seamless coordination with the dealing and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret PMS data to create reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
    • Maintain Excel-based models for tracking portfolio performance, variances, and market trends.
    • Work closely with the Dealer to provide actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
      • Client Success & Servicing
        • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving queries promptly and professionally.
        • Assist in onboarding new PMS clients by providing product information, documentation support, and portfolio updates.
        • Coordinate with relationship managers and the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.
          • Performance Tracking & Insights
            • Prepare and share periodic performance reports, fact sheets, and other PMS-related documents with internal stakeholders and clients.
            • Identify trends or anomalies in data and communicate findings to the portfolio management team.
              • Process Improvement
                • Develop and optimize Excel-based tools and processes for data management and reporting efficiency.
                • Collaborate with IT or software vendors for any system enhancements or troubleshooting.
                  • Collaboration & Communication
                    • Liaise with the Dealer to synchronize trade data, execute portfolio updates, and ensure consistency in reporting.
                    • Relay market intelligence or operational insights to clients and internal teams when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, basic macros, data visualization).
  • Familiarity with any BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Client Servicing Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Analytical Mindset:
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Capability to interpret complex datasets and present clear, actionable insights.
Additional Requirements
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple client requests and data tasks in a timely manner.
  • Team Player: Strong coordination and collaboration with dealing, research, and operations teams.
  • Location Flexibility: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
