What You'll Do:

  • Lead Creative Direction : Manage the overall visual and creative direction for client campaigns, including digital ads, social media content, websites, branding, and more.
  • Conceptualisation & Ideation : Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that align with client goals and brand voice.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate with copywriters, content strategists, and digital marketing teams to produce cohesive creative assets.
  • Project Management : Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining high standards of design quality.
  • Quality Control : Ensure that all design work is consistent, creative, and in line with the brand's aesthetic, while meeting the required project deadlines.
  • Client Interaction : Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Mentorship : Guide junior designers and provide feedback on their work, fostering a creative and productive team environment.
  • Stay Current with Trends : Continuously monitor design trends and best practices to keep the agency's work fresh and innovative.
  • Creative Strategy : Develop and present creative strategies and ideas to clients, ensuring they align with business objectives and target audiences.

What We're Looking For :

  • A creative visionary with a strong portfolio that showcases your versatility across digital, branding, and marketing projects.
  • An expert in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout .
  • A natural leader , capable of inspiring and guiding a team while maintaining a collaborative, positive environment.
  • Always one step ahead , with an eye for new trends, emerging technologies, and fresh creative approaches.
  • A problem-solver who can turn complex challenges into stunning visual solutions.
  • A great communicator who knows how to bring ideas to life through compelling storytelling and design.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a digital agency or similar creative environment.
  • Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver creative design solutions for diverse clients and industries.
  • Leadership : Experience in leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
  • Education : A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to translate business objectives into creative design concepts.
