This remarkable product has been meticulously crafted by a team of visionary founders, each possessing an extensive track record of over two decades in the coffee sector.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk with a basic understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial and accounting data, maintaining records, and assisting the finance team in daily operations.Key Responsibilities:• Accurately enter financial data such as invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and payment vouchers into accounting software.• Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets on a daily basis.• Verify and reconcile data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.• Assist in tracking accounts payable and receivable transactions.• Support the preparation of reports, statements, and financial summaries as required.• Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify accounting information.• Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.• Assist the accounts team in other administrative or clerical duties as needed.Qualifications & Skills:• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, diploma or coursework in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.• Soft Skills:Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.Time management and ability to meet deadlines.Why Join Us?- Be part of a globally impactful product team in a niche domain - Collaborate with experienced and visionary leaders - Office-based role for close coordination and fast-paced execution - Opportunity to take ownership and grow into higher responsibilitiesApply by sending your resume to: hr@coffeeweb.com- ⚠️ Note: Only candidates with strong and relevant experience will be considered.
