What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years teaching, especially with international students
  • Experience teaching G1 - G5 and G11 - G12
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge and mastery of your subject
  • Skills: Strong communication and engaging teaching style
  • Tools: Pen tablet, laptop, and high-speed internet

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 live online classes for students
  • Teach IGCSE, GCSE, CCS & IB High School curricula
  • Assist students with assignments and projects, especially in Math
  • Convert trial classes into paid enrollments
  • Track and report student progress and feedback


Eligibility:

  • Availability: Minimum 24 hours a week, 6 days a week
  • Requirements: Laptop, Pen Tablet & High-Speed Internet


Time Commitment

  • Tutors are expected to commit to the tutoring schedule that is agreed upon.
  • There is a minimum requirement of 24 hours per week of tutoring, and flexibility during peak periods (e.g., exam seasons) is appreciated.
  • Time: 5pm - 10pm OR 3am - 8am IST ONLY


  • Pricing
  • Day Shift for Upto K10 - Rs.350/Per Hour
  • Day Shift for K11 & K12 - Rs.450/Per Hour


  • Night Shift Upto K10 - Rs.450/Per Hour
  • Night Shift for K11 & K12 - Rs.550/Per Hour


Kindly Note: Classes taken from 11pm - 8am is considered as night shift.


Training & Onboarding

You will be required to complete the Mentor Match training program prior to starting any sessions. During this training, you will be introduced to:

  • Conducting Demo and Paid Classes
  • The platform (LMS) used for scheduling and managing sessions.
  • Techniques for effective online teaching and engaging students.
  • Customer Success reporting requirements, including session feedback and progress reports.
