About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing design projects, including branding, special projects, and large event activations, with a focus on the Sports and Foundation sectors. The ideal candidate will possess advanced design skills in

primarily print . Good understanding of digital is desirable along with proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Indesign and Illustrator. In addition to strong design expertise, the Senior Graphic Designer will also have significant experience in team management and vendor coordination.

What you'll do:
Design Projects:

Oversee the design process for a wide range of projects, from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality of work in all visual materials.
Branding & Identity:

Design and implement brand identities, including logos, lock-ups, and all associated visual assets. Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
Event Activations & Special Projects:

Lead the design and production of large-scale event activations and special projects across the Sports and Foundation sectors, ensuring alignment with overall campaign goals.
Create Decks & Presentations:

Design compelling presentations and decks for internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring visual clarity and brand consistency.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Manage and mentor junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure projects align with business objectives.
Vendor Coordination:

Work closely with outside vendors to ensure the successful production of print and digital materials, from promotional collateral to event signage and digital assets.
Time Management & Project Coordination:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Feedback and Iteration:

Be able to receive constructive feedback and based on it quickly iterate.

Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of professional design experience
Proficient Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
Excellent time management skills
Interest in Digital.
Working knowledge of Figma a plus
Print and Production expertise.
Expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint
Branding knowledge (designs logos and lock ups)
Stays on top of current design trends
You are very organized and work efficiently and independently but as part pf a larger team.
Thrives in a start-up environment.
