Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Module Developer to design and develop AI-powered CCTV camera solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer vision, deep learning, and real-time video analytics to enhance security, surveillance, and smart monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate AI-based video analytics modules for CCTV cameras.
• Implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, facial recognition, anomaly detection, and license plate recognition (ANPR).
• Optimize AI models for edge computing to run efficiently on embedded CCTV hardware.
• Work with real-time video streaming, improving AI inference speed and accuracy.
• Train and fine-tune deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
• Implement motion detection, behavior analysis, and AI-driven alerts for security applications.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure AI models work seamlessly on CCTV  Top chipsets in the market.
• Ensure low latency and high accuracy in AI-powered CCTV features.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI for surveillance and security systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, YOLO, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of image processing, object tracking, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).
• Experience in edge AI deployment for embedded systems (NVIDIA Jetson, OpenVINO, TensorRT, etc.).
• Familiarity with RTSP, ONVIF, and video encoding/decoding standards (H.264, H.265, etc.).
• Experience with AI model optimization for real-time performance.
• Understanding of cloud-based video analytics (AWS Rekognition, Google Vision AI, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA, TensorRT).
• Knowledge of edge AI frameworks like MediaPipe, OpenVINO, and DeepStream.
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias reduction, and cybersecurity in video surveillance.
