Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer - Python, AWS to guide our backend in advancing our AI-Agent for account-based marketing platform. In this role, you will oversee the backend software development, define the technical backend, and ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality products. 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deepen complex AI-agentic logic for our AI Co-Pilots and Agent to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Building complex web application backends in Python and Flask.
  • Leveraging AWS services such as EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, and CodePipeline to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based architecture.
  • Implement best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance measures.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, scalability, and security to support business growth and user needs.
  • Provisioning, configuring, and deploying cloud-based resources using infrastructure-as-code tools - Terraform.



Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, focusing on building scalable web applications and SaaS products.
  • Expertise in leveraging AI tools like GitHub CoPilot and other AI Agents to enhance development efficiency and productivity.
  • Expertise with AWS services - EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, CodePipeline
  • Proficiency in back-end programming language Python and Flask.
  • Familiarity with frontend language and technologies - React.js, Typescript
  • Experience with MongoDB, as well as data modeling and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of containerization technologies - Docker
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
  • Previous experience in AI Agent development, B2B SaaS, or marketing technology (MarTech) is highly desirable.
