This role offers hands-on exposure tomulti-country finance operationsand the opportunity to workdirectly with the CFO and CEOin a fast-scaling organization.Role SummaryWe are looking for anAssociate – Accounting & Finance Operationsto take end-to-end ownership of accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance coordination across group entities in India, UAE, and the US. This is ahigh-ownership rolerequiring strong accounting fundamentals, operational discipline, and comfort working closely with founders and senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintainaccurate books of accountsfor group companies (India, UAE, USA)Handle end-to-endbookkeeping : Revenue Costs & operating expenses Vendor payments & reimbursements Inter-company entriesPreparemonthly / quarterly / annual financial statements Support CFO with MIS, cash-flow tracking, and financial reportingCoordinate and trackcompliance calendarsacross jurisdictions: India (GST, TDS, ROC, audits) UAE (VAT, ESR, Corporate Tax coordination) US (via external advisors)Act as thesingle point of coordinationwith: CFO & CEO Auditors, CAs, tax consultants, and compliance partnersEnsure timely closures, filings, and audit readiness Strengthen internal finance processes and controls as the company scalesIdeal Candidate Profile3+ yearsof hands-on experience in accounting / finance operations Experience in startups, fintech, tech companies, or CA firms preferred Strong fundamentals in accounting and bookkeeping Prior exposure tomulti-entity or multi-country accountingis a strong plus Comfortable working independently with senior leadership Strong follow-up, coordination, and execution skillsTools & SkillsAccounting tools: Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency Understanding of Indian statutory compliances Exposure to UAE / US compliance coordination preferred (can be via consultants)Why Join UsDirect exposure toglobal finance operations (USA, UAE, India) Work closely withCFO and CEO High learning curve in a fast-growing fintech company Opportunity to build and scale finance operations from the ground up Clear long-term growth potential
