Job descriptionJob Title: AI/ML EngineerExperience:3-7 Years Work Locations:Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mumbai, BangaloreJob Summary: We are seeking aAIML ENGINEERwith a strong background inData AnalyticsandAgile deliveryto lead strategic AI/ML initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex analytics programs, acting as aScrum Master , and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities: Design and implementscalable data architecturesto supportLLM (Large Language Model)training, fine-tuning, and deployment. Lead the development ofAgentic AI systemsintegrating reasoning, memory, and planning capabilities. Collaborate with ML Engineers and Data Scientists to build pipelines fordata ingestion, preprocessing, and model training . Architect solutions that supportretrieval-augmented generation (RAG) ,vector databases , andsemantic search . Ensuredata governance, security, and complianceacross all AI systems. Evaluate and integrateopen-source and commercial LLMs(e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Meta, Cohere). Optimizedata storageandcompute infrastructurefor high-performance AI workloads. Stay up to date with the latest advancements inAI, LLMs, and Agentic frameworks(e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAgents).Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-7 years of proven experience in AI/ML environments, preferably as aData Architector similar role. Strong understanding ofLLM architectures ,training workflows , anddeployment strategies . Experience withAgentic AI frameworksandautonomous agents . Proficiency inPythonand relevant libraries (e.g.,Hugging Face Transformers ,LangChain ). Hands-on experience withcloud platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure) andcontainerization tools(Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity withvector databases(e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). Knowledge ofdata modeling ,ETL pipelines , anddata lake/warehouse architectures .
