Keey Responsibilities :- Develop, configure, and maintain Polarion ALM solutions tailored to business needs.- Customize workflows, dashboards, user interfaces, and templates within Polarion.- Integrate Polarion with other enterprise tools (e., Jira, Jenkins, Git, DOORS, PLM systems) to streamline engineering processes.- Implement traceability matrices, test management, and compliance support features in Polarion.- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to align Polarion setups with project methodologies (Agile, V-model, etc.- Develop and maintain custom extensions, scripts, and APIs for enhanced functionality.- Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support to internal teams.- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.- Collaborate with Siemens support or vendors as needed for upgrades and complex issues.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Polarion ALM development and administration.- Strong experience in XML, JavaScript, Velocity templates, and Polarion APIs.- Experience integrating Polarion with tools like Jira, Git, or CI/CD systems.- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ALM/PLM processes.- Familiarity with test management, requirements traceability, and change control workflows.- Good knowledge of software configuration management and release processes.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.Nice To Have :- Experience in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices.- Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or other compliance standards.- Experience with Java, Python, or other scripting languages for integration.- Exposure to Siemens Teamcenter, Code beamer, or other ALM/PLM platforms (ref:hirist.tech)
