📍 Remote (PST Hours) | 💼 Experience: 3+ YearsRequirementsDegree in Accounting/Finance; NetSuite certification preferred.3+ years in NetSuite Financials (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Reporting).Strong in month-end close, report validation, and reconciliations (e.g., Shopify vs. NetSuite).Hands-on with O2C and P2P flows; experience in eCommerce settlements.Knowledge of multi-revenue models across web, retail, and marketplaces (Amazon/eBay).Proficient in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, KPIs, and dashboards.Familiar with integrations (WMS, Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking).Strong in process mapping, financial modeling, and data validation.Excellent in problem-solving, documentation, and explaining real-world scenarios.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and optimize NetSuite ERP modules and workflows.Support month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.Manage integrations with WMS, marketplaces, and banks.Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches.Streamline O2C, P2P, R2R processes and close functional gaps.Model and track multi-stream revenues and settlements.Troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure accuracy.Conduct UAT, training, and SOP documentation.Maintain governance, access control, and audit compliance.
