Python Automation Developer (Auto-Apply Automation)

We are seeking an experienced Python Automation Developer to design and implement advanced automation workflows for web-based processes, particularly auto-apply systems for job portals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automating JavaScript-heavy applications (especially React.js SPAs) and navigating modern anti-bot systems such as CAPTCHA and Cloudflare.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop automation scripts to handle end-to-end job application processes across multiple job portals.

- Implement secure and reliable login flows (username/password, OTP, email verification).

- Bypass and handle CAPTCHA challenges (hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile) using APIs or custom solutions.

- Manage sessions, cookies, authentication tokens, and proxy rotation for stealth automation.

- Extract and submit data via browser automation or direct API integration.

- Collaborate with the React.js frontend team to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions.

- Optimize automation performance for speed, reliability, and :

- 5+ years of professional experience in Python automation.

- Strong proficiency in Playwright, Selenium, and Puppeteer (Python).

- Proven ability to automate JavaScript-heavy and SPA (React.js) applications.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication flows, and session handling.

- Practical experience with anti-bot bypass techniques, including 2Captcha, CapSolver, or custom solvers.

- Proficiency in using proxies, rotating IPs, and stealth browsing techniques.

- Strong debugging skills using browser dev tools (including React DevTools).

- Ability to write clean, modular, and error-tolerant automation code.

Nice to Have :

- Experience integrating Python automation with a React.js frontend.

- Knowledge of headless browser performance optimization.

- Previous work on job portal automation or similar platforms.
