We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3+ years of professional experience in packaging design, graphic design, web design, and e-commerce visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print media, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for product packaging that align with brand identity and market trends.
  • Design compelling digital and print marketing materials including brochures, banners, flyers, emailers, and social media assets.
  • Create and maintain engaging website layouts, landing pages, and UI assets with a strong focus on user experience and responsive design.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to deliver high-converting visual content for online stores (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
  • Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality control of all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional design role, ideally with exposure to consumer brands and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging design, including dielines, print processes, and material considerations.
  • Experience in web and UI/UX design, including familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch (a plus).
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and how visual design impacts conversion and user experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and time management abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Prior work with lifestyle, beauty, health, or consumer goods brands.

Salary Range: 25k to 30k per month
