About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Quality Manager to lead our organization's quality assurance and control efforts. This pivotal role is responsible for designing and executing quality systems that ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive strategist and a hands-on leader who can champion a culture of quality across the organization while aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Systems Leadership:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems in accordance with international standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Drive compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and client expectations.
Risk Identification & Root Cause Analysis:
- Anticipate quality risks through proactive monitoring and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct detailed root cause analyses to resolve recurring quality issues.
Audit & Reporting:
- Lead internal and external audits, supplier evaluations, and regulatory inspections.
- Develop comprehensive audit reports and oversee the execution of follow-up actions.
Process Optimization:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize operational workflows, improve product consistency, and reduce defects.
- Utilize data analytics to drive quality KPIs, monitor trends, and support decision-making team Development & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build and mentor a high-performing quality team through structured training, performance reviews, and leadership guidance.
- Serve as a key liaison between production, engineering, customer support, and executive teams to ensure seamless quality integration across departments.
Customer & Partner Interface:
- Interface with key clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to manage quality expectations and resolve escalations.
- Collect feedback to identify gaps and implement customer-centric improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance/quality control roles.
- Proven knowledge of quality frameworks such as ISO, Lean Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies.
- Strong auditing, documentation, and process mapping skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
