Combine that with our drive to propel with purpose and you have the perfect playground to collaborate, innovate, grow, and make an impact that matters.Work you’ll do As a member of the Partner & ED Matters Team, you will play a keen role to drive Partner initiativesLearning Program Design & Delivery Assist in designing, developing, and implementing learning interventions (classroom, virtual, blended). Coordinate and deliver training programs across functional and leadership development areas. Support the creation of engaging learning content in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Training Operations & Administration Manage end-to-end logistics for learning sessions including scheduling, communication, participant tracking, and venue/technology setup. Maintain accurate learning records in the LMS or relevant systems. Monitor attendance, feedback, and learning completion rates.Stakeholder Management Support senior team members to liaise with Stakeholders to identify training needs and gather feedback on learning effectiveness. Coordinate with external training partners, consultants, and facilitators.Learning Evaluation & Reporting Track learning metrics and prepare reports for leadership review. Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback to improve program quality and impact. Support impact measurement aligned to Kirkpatrick levels or other evaluation modelsQualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions. Coordination and organizational skills.
