Regional Visual Merchandiser

Role (Why position exists) :Will be responsible for implementing visual merchandizing standards within retail stores as per designated area. Main Responsibilities:Creating & adapting window displays for the region.Integrate brand images in visual presentations throughout the stores.To make a strong impact with visual merchandising and redesigning in-store layouts to drive sales forward.Innovate and implement seasonal merchandising presentations.Initiate unique visual presentations.Handling all the aesthetics that contribute to store ambience.Monitor merchandise inventories.Mannequin styling, wardrobe management & color blocking / attractive presentation of the merchandisePlanning and Implementing the Brands visual strategy across designated area in coordination with HODCoordinate with stores manager on key visual merchandising efforts.Train store staff on VM Guidelines & develop Cluster – VM for planning aspects of New Store OpeningDesign and implement key visual elements including styling of bust forms, leg forms and Henry hangers.Coordination between vendors for timely dispatch and deliveries of the visual merchandising kits.Design and implement key visual elements including styling of bust forms, leg forms and Henry hangers.Location - BiharExperience - At least seven years of relevant experience in visual merchandising with exposure of currently working as Regional Visual Merchandiser with an apparel retail brand preferably a fast fashion retail chain.
