The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical design, guiding the development team, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions in an agile setup.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement APIs and integrations. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, security principles, and best practices. - Drive system performance optimization, scalability, and issue resolution. - Mentor and guide junior developers; perform code reviews and maintain quality standards. - Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.Technical Skills Required- Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and development. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred). - Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an added advantage. - Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Candidate Profile✅ Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Java-based development.✅ Proven experience in leading teams or technical leadership roles.✅ Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
