You'll work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to drive execution, manage the roadmap, and ensure successful product delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Support the Product Manager in planning and overseeing financial management projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. - Assist in defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. - Help maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs. - Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria. - Coordinate and monitor product releases, including feature rollouts, updates, and bug fixes. - Track product performance using KPIs and other data-driven metrics to inform decisions and future enhancements. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. - Support risk identification and mitigation throughout the product development lifecycle. - Stay adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Qualifications:- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent in a relevant field. - 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT or software industry. - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
