Position: Robotics / Automation Engineer Experience: 10–12 Years Education: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE We are seeking an experienced Robotics / Automation Engineer with strong industrial exposure in Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, or Process / Manufacturing industries . The ideal candidate should currently be in the UAE or willing to relocate, and be capable of leading end-to-end automation projects — from design and simulation to commissioning and optimization. Key responsibilties : Lead conceptualization, design, simulation, architecture, and commissioning of robotics, assembly line, and manufacturing process automation projects. Program, simulate, deploy, and test robots and cobots from leading OEMs (KUKA, FANUC, ABB). Experience in industrial automation, with a focus on conveyors, SPMs, machine tending, welding, and assembly systems. Verify process design diagrams, prepare specifications, and develop automation solutions for multiple parallel projects. Integrate and commission automation systems, coordinating with ODM/OEMs and system integrators. Apply advanced knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, CNC controllers Implement communication protocols (MODBUS, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet) Develop and deploy vision systems for quality inspection, OCR, measurement inspection, and other quality verification technologies. Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT, data analytics, and smart manufacturing Proficiency in CAD/CAE software ( AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) for mechanical design Proven experience in designing and commissioning automation systems in manufacturing environments Candidate Profile 10–12 years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics or automation engineering. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production automation. Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willing to relocate or currently based in the UAE.
