Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions following best practices. Communicate with project managers, clients, and developers throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment. Define requirements, estimate timelines, and oversee data migration strategies. Ensure solutions meet evolving business needs while maintaining high availability and security.Job Skills & Qualifications Required: Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience:Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience. Technical Skills:Hands-on expertise inApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, MySQL, and JavaScript, as well as integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs or middleware likeMuleSoft. Certifications:Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), with a preference for Platform Developer II. Preferred: Experience with Salesforce implementations in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Nonprofits.
