Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company with a strong footprint in both B2B and B2C segments. We are on a strategic roadmap to go for an IPO within the next 3 years, and are looking for a highly capable Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, governance, and compliance functions.The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the company’s finance vertical — from building financial systems and reporting structures to supporting valuation, due diligence, and IPO-readiness. This is a core leadership role that will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth and IPO plans - Lead Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, and long-term financial planning across manufacturing, retail, franchise, and agro verticals - Oversee Accounting, Taxation, GST/TDS, and ensure timely statutory compliance - Manage Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Fund Flow efficiently - Build strong financial controls, internal audit processes, and risk management systems - Prepare and review Monthly/Quarterly Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow Reports - Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Company Secretary, Legal, and Banking Partners - Support leadership in investor reporting, valuations, due diligence, and IPO documentation - Implement ERP & financial reporting systems for scalability across units - Advise management on capital structuring, credit facilities, and fund utilization strategiesRequirements- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts (FMCG / Manufacturing / Multi-unit business preferred) - In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Company Law, and IPO regulatory frameworks - Proficiency in Tally / ERP, advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools - Prior experience with audits, financial due diligence, or investor processes is a strong advantage - Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills - CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / CMA / equivalent qualification preferredWhy Join Us- Join a fast-scaling FMCG brand on its journey to national expansion - Lead the finance function end-to-end in a strategic leadership capacity - Play a pivotal role in preparing the company for IPO - Work closely with the Founder & Core Leadership Team in PuneHow to ApplyInterested candidates can share their CV at:✉️ dg@whiterivericecreams.com
