Looking for an Experienced Counselling Psychologist with minimum 4+ years of experience in providing psychological counselling to Children, Teens, Adults and Couples. Only Candidates from New Delhi (Near West Delhi) should apply for this role.


Experience in Couple Counselling is must with relevant education


Location : Paschim Vihar, New Delhi(On-Site)- Full Time


Qualifications and Experience: Master's Degree in Psychology with relevant experience in Counselling Psychology. At least four years of work experience as a therapist/counselling psychologist.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients (both face-to-face and video), assessing their mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to the client's unique needs.
  • Conduct Couple and Family Therapy: Facilitate counseling sessions for couples and families, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust.
  • Relationship Assessments: Use validated tools and techniques to assess relational dynamics and provide actionable feedback to clients.
  • Specialized Interventions: Deliver evidence-based interventions for relationship challenges such as infidelity, co-parenting, emotional disconnect, and pre-marital counseling.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in conceptualizing cases, formulating treatment plans, and addressing common mental health conditions.
  • Ensure excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by regulatory bodies.
  • Be open to delivering presentations and conducting mental health workshops in schools and corporate settings.
  • Be willing to lead internship and training modules, assisting interns in developing their skills.
  • Collaborate with the founders to contribute to growth strategies related to mental health initiatives.
  • Work in a collaborative and supportive manner with other team members to enhance overall clinic operations and client outcomes.
