Job Role: Manager – Marketing & Communications

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Manager - Marketing & Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to promote our exhibitions, conferences, and events. You will work closely with the senior management team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance the overall reputation of Messe Stuttgart India Pvt. Ltd. in the market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·     Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote Messe Stuttgart India's exhibitions and events.

·     Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials.

·     Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and digital advertising campaigns.

·     Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

·     Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

·     Cultivate relationships with media partners, industry associations, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive attendance at our events.

·     Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation efforts and achieve revenue targets.

·     Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

 

Qualifications:

·     Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

·     Minimum of [3] years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the events or exhibition industry.

·     Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

·     Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences and channels.

·     Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·     Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.

·     Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

·     Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
