Role Description The Australia Visa Filing Head will oversee and manage the visa application process for clients seeking Australian visas, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing client documentation, guiding candidates through the application process, liaising with relevant authorities, and ensuring timely submission of applications. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration policies and providing tailored advice to clients based on their eligibility. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chandigarh. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of Australian visa processes, policies, and regulations. Proficiency in documentation review, case preparation, and handling visa-related queries. Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to guide clients effectively. Experience in team management, coordination, and the ability to work under deadlines. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with using visa application platforms and related technology tools. Relevant educational background, preferably in a field such as Immigration Services, Law, or a related area. Previous experience in a similar role within the visa and immigration field is preferred.
