Intracity & intercity - Manage training centres, trainers, and curriculum delivery ensuring standardization across geographies. - Conduct periodic audits, refreshers, and feedback sessions to bridge gaps in vendor performance. - Work with operations and vendor management teams to align training with business goals and customer experience. - Measure outcomes like vendor certification, NPS improvement, service quality scores, and partner retentionSkills:- Design & Deliver Training Programs – Ability to build and run impactful training and engagement initiatives. - Analytical Skills – Proficiency in Google Sheets and ability to build analyses with limited support. - Team Leadership – Strong people management and collaboration skills. - Process Building – Capability to design, implement, and scale processes from scratch. - Operational Excellence – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
