About role :

This role is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance desktop applications and Microsoft Office add-ins, especially with VSTO, C#, WPF, and Windows Forms.

Key objectives are to deliver reliable, user-friendly, and scalable solutions that enhance productivity and streamline business workflows, specifically within Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Develop Add-ins : Create VSTO-based add-ins for PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Desktop Applications : Build and maintain Windows desktop solutions using WPF and Windows Forms.

- PowerPoint Automation : Enhance business presentation workflows for stakeholders.

- Azure DevOps Integration : Implement CI/CD, manage code repositories, and release pipelines through Azure DevOps.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Translate business requirements into robust, technical Office solutions.

- Code Quality : Apply best practices, code reviews, and performance optimization for maintainable, efficient code.

- Agile Participation : Engage in regular Agile ceremonies to drive iterative development.

- Debugging & Maintenance : Troubleshoot and enhance existing apps for stability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience : 3+ years in .NET application development.

- Technical Skills : C#, VSTO, WPF, Windows Forms, PowerPoint automation, Office add-in development, advanced Windows app debugging.

- DevOps : Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for source control and automation.

- Agile Mindset : Comfortable with collaborative, iterative delivery.

Good to Have :

- Experience automating and extending other Office apps (Excel, Word).

- Knowledge of cloud integrations and API development.

- Familiarity with unit testing and automation workflows for desktop applications.
