Job Title: Director – Talent AcquisitionCompany: Ridhira GroupLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaAbout the RoleRidhira Group is expanding its hospitality and wellness verticals with multiple luxury hotel and resort pre-opening projects. We are seeking a Director – Talent Acquisition with exclusive experience in the hotel industry to lead mass and leadership hiring for pre-opening operations. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of setting up complete talent frameworks for new hotel/resort openings, with strong experience across rooms division, F&B, culinary, spa/wellness, engineering, sales & marketing, and corporate hotel functions.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Opening Hiring Leadership- Develop and execute a pre-opening manpower plan for new luxury hotels and resorts. - Lead end-to-end recruitment across operational, technical, corporate, and leadership positions in hospitality. - Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Operations, and Owners to define hiring timelines and go-live readiness.Hospitality Talent Strategy- Build a strong talent pipeline with specialization in luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands. - Lead volume hiring for operations and niche hiring for spa, wellness, retreats, and wellness tourism positions. - Implement global hospitality hiring trends, competency-based interviewing, and culture-fit mapping.Vendor & Industry Partnerships- Manage relationships with hotel hiring consultants, overseas agencies, hotel management colleges, and industry associations. - Build partnerships with hospitality training institutes to secure continuous talent supply for seasonal and permanent requirements.Recruitment Technology & Process Excellence- Implement recruitment SLAs for every stage — from sourcing to onboarding for pre-opening projects. - Drive digital hiring platforms and ATS systems tailored for hospitality workforce management. - Ensure candidate experience aligned with luxury hospitality service culture.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management- Lead an internal TA team designed for scalable hiring across multiple properties. - Conduct weekly recruitment review meetings with CXOs, brand heads, and hotel project teams. - Ensure compliance with hospitality labor regulations and international hiring norms (if applicable).Required Experience & Qualifications- 15+ years of total experience in Talent Acquisition exclusively within the hotel industry. - Minimum 5–8 years handling pre-opening hotel/resort recruitment is mandatory. - Experience with luxury hospitality brands in India or international markets (preferred: Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Accor, Taj, Oberoi, IHG, or similar). - Proven success in hiring for: - Rooms Division - F&B Service & Production - Spa & Wellness - Engineering & Facility Management - Front Office & Guest Experience - Sales & Revenue Management - Finance, HR & Admin (Hospitality domain) - Strong understanding of manpower budgeting and workforce ramp-up for hotel launch.Skills & Competencies- Deep understanding of hospitality culture, luxury service mindset & guest-centric talent traits. - Strong network across hotel industry talent pools. - High agility in fast-paced pre-opening environments. - Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. - Ability to deliver high-volume hiring with speed and quality.Why Join Ridhira Group- Opportunity to build complete talent infrastructure for multiple new hotel and resort openings. - Direct impact on shaping service excellence and guest experience through talent selection. - Work with a dynamic leadership team scaling hospitality and wellness assets across India.Hashtags for Job Posting#DirectorTalentAcquisition #HotelIndustryHiring #PreOpeningHotels #LuxuryHospitalityJobs #HospitalityCareers #ResortRecruitment #RidhiraGroup #HospitalityLeadership
