- Allocate resources across projects based on priorities, timelines, and workload.

- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Coordinate closely with internal teams including architecture, project management, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment throughout design development and execution.

- Review and provide feedback on consultant design submissions to ensure consistency with the overall design brief and project objectives.

- Lead regular internal design reviews and update the Head of Design Management on progress, risks, and key decisions.
