Description : Key Roles & Responsibilities : 1.Data Integration & Management : - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Salesforce and external systems into CRM Analytics.- Build, manage, and optimize dataflows, recipes, and datasets for accuracy and performance.- Ensure data governance, data security, and compliance with organizational policies.- Work with APIs and connectors to integrate third-party data sources.Dashboard & Report Development : - Design and build interactive dashboards, lenses, and visualizations in Salesforce CRM Analytics.- Utilize SAQL and JSON templates for advanced analytics and custom UI components.- Implement drill-down capabilities, filters, conditional formatting, and responsive layouts.Predictive & AI Analytics : - Use Einstein Discovery to develop predictive models and generate AI-driven insights.- Build machine learning models to support business forecasting and decision making.- Implement trend analysis, anomaly detection, and what-if scenarios.Customization & Automation- Customize CRM Analytics templates, dashboards, and components using Apex, SOQL, and LWC.- Automate analytics workflows using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and APIs.- Build reusable analytics assets and optimize processes for operational efficiency.Performance Optimization : - Optimize dashboards, dataflows, and queries for speed and scalability.- Troubleshoot issues related to data loads, performance lags, or integration failures.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : - Partner with business analysts, administrators, and functional teams to capture reporting needs.- Translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions and documentation.- Present insights and dashboards to stakeholders effectively.Security & Compliance : - Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and data security best practices.- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and internal data privacy standards.Key Skills Required : - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) for building analytics assets and dashboards.- Proficiency in SAQL, SOQL, and SQL for querying and advanced data manipulation.- Expertise in JSON, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for customizing analytics components.- Solid understanding of ETL using Dataflows, Recipes, and Integration Connectors.- Strong capability in dashboard design, storytelling with data, and visualization best practices.- Experience with AI and predictive analytics using Einstein Discovery and ML models.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data governance, RBAC, and data security standards (ref:hirist.tech)
