Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Developer to lead our design team in creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user interface and user experience design, along with proven leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of designers. As the Senior UI/UX Developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design strategies, and drive the delivery of high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.


Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers to deliver exceptional design solutions.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and development within the design team.
  • Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of design projects.


User Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
  • Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in existing designs.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions.
  • UI/UX Design Strategy:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and priorities.
  • Develop and communicate design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.


UI/UX Design Execution:

  • Lead the creation of user-friendly interfaces and experiences across multiple digital platforms, including web and mobile.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence in design by establishing and maintaining design standards and guidelines.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and adherence to design specifications.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize design processes and workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 8-10 years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative design solutions.
  • Previous experience 8-10 years in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
