Duties you'll be entrusted with:
❖ To generate sales from new as well as existing customers and achieve the sales plan.
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
❖ He should be able to deliver Gross Margin at least 3 times his or her CTC and he should be able
to cover his cost in the 3 rd or 4 th month
❖ Good relationship with his clients. He should have spent at least 2 years in his existing company
and should be consistent
❖ Good in sales and should have excellent relationship with his customer/clients
Technical Skills
❖ To generate sales from new as well as existing customers and achieve the sales plan.
❖ Aquisition & retention of customers and increase client base
❖ To ensure receivable management is under control and increase cash flow.
❖ Sales lead management & monitor them
❖ Focus on all line of business including Vertical & Route development
❖ Training and development in product, sales behavioural & management skills
❖ Sales administration and management.
❖ Sales budget and sales review month on month basis.
❖ Market knowledge and competitor activities.
❖ Conduct regular customer feedback.
❖ Quality compliance and implementation of the same.
❖ Client visit.
❖ Client transition to operations within 7 days of CPR signed.
❖ Client analysis on gross margin, volume and profitability.
❖ Yield enhancement
❖ Customer Service and complaint management
❖ Attend weekly meeting and sales reviews
❖ Sales budget and maintain MIS reports.
Soft Skills
❖ A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic and
bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the visual impact in business.
❖ Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts..
❖ Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends.
❖ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
