We work hands-on, move fast, and operate with a deep understanding of the Indian beauty ecosystem.About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across our beauty brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational responsibilities, managing vendors, and keeping projects running smoothly.Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard vendors for packaging, printing, and production - Coordinate packaging development, sampling, timelines, and quality checks - Maintain and organise product catalogues, brand assets, and documentation - Support brand partnerships, cross-collaborations, and influencer coordination - Keep project trackers up to date and ensure smooth internal workflows - Assist with operational tasks needed across ongoing client projectsWho You Are- Extremely organised with strong attention to detail - Strong communicator and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders - Proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic about beauty and branding - Able to handle fast-paced execution with accountabilityRequirements- Based in Mumbai & able to work from office - Experience in marketing, coordination, or operations is a plus - Please email your CV to ankita@kalonconsulting.in with the job title in the subject
