We are looking for an experiencedQA Automation Engineerto join our quality engineering team within theFinTech domain . The ideal candidate will have5+ years of experiencein automation testing, with strong expertise inPython, Java, Pytest, Selenium/Playwright, and CI/CD pipelines . You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, scalability, and compliance of financial applications through modern automation practices.Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintainautomation test frameworksusingPythonandPytest . • Automatefunctional, regression, and smoke test casesfor web and API applications. • Build and execute automation tests usingSelenium/Playwrightfor UI and API validation. • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliverhigh-quality FinTech products . • Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring quick resolution in collaboration with engineering teams. • Performcross-browser and cross-platform testingto validate product compatibility. • Integrate automation suites intoCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps) for continuous testing. • Contribute totest planning, test data management, and reportingof test execution results. • Drivebest practices in QA automation, coding standards, compliance, and maintainability .Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. •5+ years of experiencein QA automation engineering, preferably in theFinTech or banking/financial services domain . • Strong programming expertise inPythonand working knowledge ofPytest . • Hands-on experience withPlaywrightfor web and API automation. • Proficiency in writing and executingSQL queriesfor backend data validation. • Proven experience integrating automation frameworks withinCI/CD pipelines . • Solid understanding ofQA methodologies, test strategies, and Agile/Scrum practices . • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice to Have • Experience inAPI testing(Postman, REST frameworks, or similar). • Exposure toperformance testingtools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). • Familiarity withcloud-based testing platforms(e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). • Knowledge ofBDD frameworkssuch asBehave, SpecFlow, or Cucumber . • Understanding of compliance and security testing requirements forfinancial applications .MSBC Group has been a trusted technology partner for over 20 years, delivering the latest systems and software solutions for financial services, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and startup ecosystems.Our expertise includes Accessible AI, Custom Software Solutions, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and Business Process Outsourcing.
