Job role.


The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer with editing skills. A creative thinker with strong understanding of content development and strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute content for all training requirements.
  • Align content design with organizational, functional and audience needs
  • Design and deliver high quality content across multiple platforms (LMS, Virtual classroom, etc.)
  • Build high engagement content applying principles of instructional design to meet the desired learning goals.
  • Maintain content quality and output as per the stated organization standards.
  • Effectively promote consumption of content through campaigns and drives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices on content development.
  • Track and analyze content effectiveness and incorporate measures of impact and improvement therein.


Skills:

  • Proven work experience in content development or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience in designing e-learning courses.
  • Content Creation, Powerpoint, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Gamification tools such as Mentimeter & Kahoot, LMS
  • Attention to detail, Creative thinking, highly collaborative mindset


Specialized skills, competencies, qualifications and experience.

  • Experience in Insurance industry is a must, GI experience preferable.
  • Understanding of market trends in content.
  • Virtual training experience through MS Teams
  • Open to Travel for training purposes
  • Ability to converse in multiple languages will be preferred.
