Role and Remuneration:
- The Back-Office Head and Compliance Officer is responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the back-office function within our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) / Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
- Further candidate will have to look after IFSCA/SEBI compliances which includes managing trade execution, settlement of trades and co-ordination with brokers, custodian and Fund accounting, periodic reporting to clients.
- This role requires a strong understanding of PMS/AIF compliance regulations and a proven ability to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks.
- Candidate has to ensures all SEBI, IFSC, MCA, Income Tax, GST and any other regulatory compliances are complied correctly within stipulated regulatory time.
- Your remuneration will be competitive with industry standards.
Profile:
- Entrepreneurial and with a demonstrated track record of handling back-office and compliance activities for a financial institution.
