Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development, microservices architecture, and the Spring Framework. This role involves the design, development, and deployment of robust software solutions that meet business objectives and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java-based applications.

- Work with microservices architecture to build modular, reusable, and distributed systems.

- Implement solutions using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to development practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software development using Java.

- Proficient in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus (e.g., Angular, React).
